About Samdeesh

I’m Samdeesh Menia, a software engineering leader at PubMatic. My formal role is Senior Team Lead, but my work spans multiple areas of engineering, including product development, technical architecture, AI adoption, and developer experience.

My team primarily works across Audience and Deal Management. Alongside product engineering, I explore emerging AI tools, evaluate agentic workflows, and identify technologies and practices that can improve developer productivity across engineering teams. I’m particularly interested in how AI-native approaches can evolve software development beyond coding assistance into more automated, context-aware, and reliable delivery systems.

Through this blog, I share practical insights, architectural ideas, experiments, and perspectives on AI-native engineering, agentic software delivery, engineering productivity, and the changing role of engineering leadership.

I’m a foodie who enjoys discovering food, exploring culinary traditions, and experimenting with cooking. I also enjoy hands-on technical projects involving Raspberry Pi, home labs, automation, and open-source tools.
